从周六开始的感冒还有最后的余威。嘴里的两个溃疡还有一个在舌头上没有消退。
ThinkPad亲善大使的第二次培训任务被安排在今天进行。
晚上六点半，提早了半小时来到指定的地方，第一个到，找了离门最近位子坐下，打开本本温习着今天上课的PPT。
自我感觉今天的发挥不好，原因我知道，重复的内容面对个别相同的听课者，听课的人各自陌生，而且相对级别比上次高，有评判自己的角色到场，导致自己无法放开。
记录一下今天的不足和需要改进的地方：
- 内容陈述，需突出重点
在重点处减慢语速，突出重点 - 过程中引用一些小电影之类增加气氛，加深认识
在一些比较抽象的情况时可以借助小电影之类的放松气氛并加深认识 - 遇到冷场后的解决办法
遇到冷场时，可以通过指定某个相熟的人来回答，缓解气氛 - 每次做完培训后应做好反馈工作
设立表格，对自己在各方面的表形得到评价，从而继续改进
虽然今天讲课的表现不怎么样，但还是给自己买了新装备。
Logitech Cordless 2.4GHz Presenter入手。可内嵌的发射器，音响控制，倒计时器，皮肤外壳，一眼就让我看上了！更有F5及黑屏功能，让我迫不及待的去做下一次培训了！就像我对同事和PZ说的，它的价值就是给我在讲课时带来更大的信心！
